Fleet Feet Sports is dedicated to helping others LIVE FIT!  We are passionate about staying healthy & helping others realize their personal fitness goals.  Our training programs offer structured workouts, dedicated coaching, educational clinics & support from start to finish.

Completing a race can change your life no matter what your goal may be.  Whether you are looking to start a fitness program, desire to complete a new distance, or are seeking a group to keep you motivated – our programs are for you!  We find such joy in watching others achieve their goals & live an active lifestyle.

Training groups are a great way to have fun, meet new people & become more fit.

RUN/WALK TRAINING PROGRAMS

No Boundaries Beginner 5K (3.1 miles): Beginner level 10 – 12 week 5K program designed for beginner runners & those that are inactive and/or minimally active.  Cost is $100.  Next programs begin in May & October 2012!

Next Steps Speed Training: A great way to work on setting a new PR? Join our speed training 8 week program.  Begins September 2012!

10K Training Program: Got a few 5K’s under your best and ready to take the next step? Begins May 2012!

Half Marathon (13.1 miles): A half marathon program that incorporates distance, speed, and hill work to prepare you for your upcoming half marathon.  Starts August 2012!

Full Marathon (26.2): Have you completed a half marathon & want more?  Then join us for our marathon training program.  You should be able to complete 13 miles at the start of the program.  Starts July 2012!
